About Me

Photo of Benedikt Safigan

Hello, my name is Benedikt Safigan, and I am a driven future software architect and engineer studying at the University of Colorado Boulder. My current focus includes Python, SQL, machine learning, and web development, while my foundation is built on experience with C, C++, and Java. Outside of coursework, I enjoy applying my skills to practical projects—most recently, I am planning an embedded software project to develop a sprinkler system for my family. I am actively seeking an internship opportunity where I can contribute, grow, and continue building my expertise. If you would like to connect, please feel free to reach out here.

Featured Project

Spotigang (not affiliated with Spotify)

This is an application that I developed as part of a full-stack web development project my Sophomore year at CU. Spotigang allows users to create accounts, log in, and search for songs using the Spotify API. The application is built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap for the front end, and Node.js with Express for the back end. User authentication is handled securely, and the app is deployed on Render for easy access. More information about the project is available on the GitHub linked in the dropdown below.
